THE MARTYR

All Faiths began, from time unknown

With an aim to liberate Man

From slavery to a powerful unjust man.

This aim is the door to an eternal life,

Which Man did not yet find the key.

In his third Millennium chose the strife

Loosing the way of justice, co-operation and unity

Is man moulded from a spark of fire?

To draw Humanity into Hell for his own power

Inviting the souls of men to extinguish in despair

In a long march in dark tunnels unable to repair?

Caught by a Monster's snare

Divorced from reason, unaware

As Samson in great despair

The Martyr burst with the enemy

Hugging with his strong arms

The pillars of the temple

Where once he kneeled and prayed

To turn them to heaps of ruin

Defying treason, perversity, injustice

His blood gushed from Creation's veins
